Exclusive product: SkyBridal offers exclusive, handmade products. Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only, and slight variations may occur due to the unique nature of each handmade item.

Pricing: All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. SkyBridal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product at any time.

Limited Editions: Some items may be offered in limited quantities, and availability is not guaranteed. SkyBridal reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person or per order.

Ordering and Payments

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order but serves as acknowledgment of receipt.

Payment: Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept PayPal and Stripe (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, China UnionPay (CUP), Discover & Diners, Eftpos Australia, JCB, Google Pay), and all transactions are processed securely.

Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible, and the standard return policy applies.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policies: SkyBridal ships to all countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary, and details can be found on our Shipping Information page.

Delivery Inspection: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. Report any damages or discrepancies within 2 days of delivery.

Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs Duties and Taxes 

By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, handling fees, and any other governmental or carrier-imposed charges arising from the importation of the purchased goods into the destination country (collectively, the "Import Charges") shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product listing, checkout page, shipping method description, or order confirmation, all orders are shipped on a duties-and-taxes-unpaid basis, and Import Charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges paid to the Seller.

Where a product listing, shipping method, or checkout process explicitly states that duties and taxes are included in the purchase price or shipping cost (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid), the applicable Import Charges will be paid by the Seller on behalf of the Buyer to the extent specified in such offer.

The Buyer agrees to timely pay all applicable Import Charges required for customs clearance and delivery of the goods. Failure or refusal to pay such charges may result in delays, storage fees, return of the shipment, abandonment, destruction of the goods, or other actions taken by customs authorities or carriers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if the Buyer refuses delivery, fails to pay Import Charges, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned, abandoned, or destroyed, the Seller shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid for the goods, shipping costs, customs charges, return shipping fees, storage fees, handling fees, or any other costs incurred in connection with the order.

The Seller shall not be liable for any delays, additional costs, penalties, confiscations, or other actions taken by customs authorities or governmental agencies in the destination country.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy: SkyBridal accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for detailed information on the process.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned items. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Trademarks: The SkyBridal, logo, and other trademarks are registered and protected. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
